The new CA2A sealing system for lined AZ plug valves demonstrates proven performance and is now certified according to ISO 15848-1.
It has been classified as BH-CO3-SSA0-t(-30 °C, 200 °C)-PN16/CL150. This means the stem sealing system achieves leakage class B when tested with hydrogen as the test medium. At the same time, it meets endurance class CO3 with 2,500 test cycles. The SSA0 designation also confirms that no readjustment of the stem sealing was required during testing.
The certificate applies to lined two-way and multiport plug valves, highlighting the high reliability of the new CA2A sealing system even under demanding operating conditions.
